    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen several folks complaining about issues trying to purchase exam vouchers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure who you contacted at ISC2 but I have seen folks referred to &lt;A href="mailto:examadministration@isc2.org" target="_blank"&gt;examadministration@isc2.org&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, one of the admins&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/851207865"&gt;@Kaity&lt;/a&gt; did mention in a different thread that the offices are closed until January 2nd.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if that is all offices or just the No.American office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;d&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone in the UK had issues buying an exam voucher? I am trying to sit for the CCSP exam, and it's been months trying to purchase a voucher and just getting an error after entering card details. I have tried the suggested - clear cache on the browser or using a different browser, even different computers, but no luck. Raised this with ISC2 and haven't had any help from them, which is very frustrating. Please let me know if anyone has a different workaround?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ISC2 has been closed December 25-January 1. We're reopened now, and did have many days during the break with a few folks in the support teams still being on. You know how it is &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks. In my case, I have not been referred anywhere else other than just a ticket has been logged or someone will call back and then nothing since. My issue started in October 2025 and still cannot purchase an exam voucher.</description>

      <description>I've been suffering from this issue too, it keeps showing "There was an error with your order" everytime I tried to purchase an exam.&lt;BR /&gt;Did follow all instructions (change browser, change device, clear data/cookies) but it was fruitless.&lt;BR /&gt;Did email examadministration@isc2.org and they suggested to purchase through Pearson Vue instead. Did call Pearson Vue but they are not able to do that, according to them, all the purchase must and only from ISC2 website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess its time choose CompTIA instead &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;</description>
