I got an issue while reschedule my ISC2 CC exam. it not redirect to personal vue after i complete isc2 exam account information. the message error "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam."

Could you please help me to reschedule the exam?

These folk work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern) so it might take a day or so to get an answer.
