Urgent need help regarding a payment issue for the CISSP exam- June 2025

Hello,

I urgently need help regarding a payment issue for the CISSP exam.

I tried purchasing the exam through the ISC2 website, but the transaction failed with an error. However, the money is deducted from my bank account and nothing showing in order history on ISC2 site.

I tried calling the ISC2 support number multiple times, but no one is picking up.

I need to take the exam soon, but I want to ensure that my payment is not lost without a refund or confirmation. What should I do next to escalate this?

Appreciate any advice or direction.

I'm sorry to learn you had difficulty with your exam purchase. I have reviewed your records and see you were in touch with our Customer Experience team, who advised you that the payment did not process on this end. You should see the money returned to your credit card within 5 to 10 days.

I just wish to know what I can do for the next time not to experience the same issue again.
Since I see that there are also other incumbents with the payment trouble, I believe the problem is not peculiar to me.
Should I use VPN maybe? Any recommendations?

Yes. I have purchased again with another method and it works now.

However, the initial payment is still not yet returned back to my account and I sent a follow up email to the CS for refunding but no response at all.

Please help to escalate and resolve the refunding issue many thanks

I am facing same issue ita been 3 days money not creditted back and also in order history cant see anything. Can anyone urgently help the vjat is inactive and i am getting no help from ISC^2

How did you finally book the exam, I have faced the same issue.
