Unable to Register for CC 1M Free Exam

Dear Support Team,

I previously enrolled in the CC 1M Free Exam program in 2023 and obtained ISC2 Candidate status but did not take the exam. Afterward, I did not take further action, and my account was suspended due to non-payment of the ISC2 Candidate annual fee ($50).

On December 28, 2024, I paid the annual fee to regain access to the program. However, I received an email stating that I lost my ISC2 Candidate status because the fee was not paid by December 31, 2024 (as the payment cycle was in September). To resolve this, I paid an additional $50 to reinstate my ISC2 Candidate status.

Currently, my account reflects that I am an ISC2 Candidate, and I can access the self-paced CC training course. However, when I attempt to register for the CC exam, the system charges me $199 instead of allowing me to register for free.

Could you please advise what steps I need to take to register for the CC exam under the free exam program?

As you are an ISC2 Candidate, please clear your cache & cookies navigate to isc2.org. Please do not use a bookmarked or saved site.

log in to your account and choose "Register for Your Exam" from the top right corner of the webpage.
Continue to your Pearson VUE dashboard
Choose CC Certified in Cybersecurity exam
Make sure you to all the way to the final CHECKOUT page - your total should automatically update to $0.

If you are still required to pay $199, please submit s full-screen screenshot to membersupport@isc2.org so we can investigate further.

I have tried to clear cached and cookies before registering for exam but It still doesn’t working. I have sent an email to member support, the automatic reply email said they will response with in 7 days and the time period was passed without any response.

I am unable to register for the CC exam. When I click on "Schedule," I am redirected to the Exam Account Information page. My information is already pre-filled, but when I hit "Submit," I receive a message stating that my contact details have been updated. When I click "Submit" again, I get the message, "No purchased exam found for the requested exam."
