      <title>Unable to schedule an exam</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I scheduled an exam last Friday but it was canceled last week for unknown reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to find another slot but I can not see anything once I logged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have the option any more to choose a slot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is someone experiencing &amp;nbsp;the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I filled several forms to complain but still no answer;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/510803171"&gt;@Nabsmat06&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; That should give the technical people more to work with.&amp;nbsp; I hope that they make it right for you.&amp;nbsp; Were you able to find an E-mail with the voucher number in it?&amp;nbsp; If so, you may be able to schedule with it still if not marked as used.&amp;nbsp; We have been able to use our exam vouchers (used to be E-mail but are not since the system change).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/510803171"&gt;@Nabsmat06&lt;/a&gt; I know are automated now (had a few issues with that with ones purchased for our folks initially). Before this change they were sent by E-mail. I hate just asking you questions but hoping helps the technical people solve this for you. Did you buy directly from ISC2, or was it bundled with some non-ISC2 training? If it is the former, I can look for clues in my work E-mail when get near the office for search clues. I definitely want your issue fixed because know has to be extremely frustrating. If I had had these issues, I might have never pursued my other ISC2 certifications. .</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought it directly from ISC2 - it was a 998 USD package where you have a second chance to pass the exam if you fail the first time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>@Nabsnat06 Thank you. So the peace of mind one. I have never bought one of those but am guessing that the E-mail should be at least close to the same. Were there date limitations that you remember? I probably won’t get to my work E-mail until tomorrow but will look for some key words from my last one(s). I purchase for myself and our employees. I definitely want to see you get closure on this.</description>
