I would certainly think that death of a close relation qualifies for an exception.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each of their phone numbers (&lt;A href="https://www.isc2.org/contact-us" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.isc2.org/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;) has the working hours next to it.&amp;nbsp; Did you call during working hours?&amp;nbsp; You might start with an email to examadministration@isc2.org, explaining your situation and including any supporting documentation you may have (copies of obituary, airline ticket, pearson vue support ticket#, etc).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wanted to vent my frustration, and maybe someone can offer me advice..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an exam scheduled today, but had to fly out of town due to bereavement a day before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now unable to reschedule due to the 24 hour rule (called and tried online)... and Pearson VUE have told to call ISC2 directly.&lt;BR /&gt;Called ISC2 but no one is available to take the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
