I participated in a CISSP 5-Day Online Instructor-Led Training, which was scheduled to end on August 9, 2025. However, when I tried to access the online materials, test exams, etc., I received the following error message: "An error occurred. Please contact your administrator." The CISSP book was also unavailable, showing the message: "A problem occurred while redirecting this homepage to the Content tool. Please contact your system administrator."

I have reported this issue to the support team via email several times but have not received any response. What should I do? In the meantime, my access to the online session has been removed, and the book is still not available. My peer was getting the exact same error.
