Unable to schedule exam- Exam administration- CGRC

I have paid exam fees and got vouchers in 2024 and vouchers are valid till this October 2025. However I don't see option to schedule exam under "courses and exams" section?. Anyone facing this issue earlier? any help?

@madhu I was able to use mine, but I had to do what it says at the top of Courses and Exams. I will paste that here:
