    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1080520475"&gt;@ThomasHeavenly&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That sounds very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I know that ISC2 has been having issues and am grateful that I have not been impacted so far.&amp;nbsp; Did you happen to look under your Profile when you log in?&amp;nbsp; That is where it will show up first.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully it is sitting there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Certificates reflect the first of the month after everything has been completed.&amp;nbsp; So I would have guessed from what you put that yours would be July 1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Congratulations on passing your exam.&amp;nbsp; I am sure that you only feel frustration right now.&amp;nbsp; You should be very proud of yourself and hopefully will have your soft copy certificate soon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1271649961"&gt;@Sway&lt;/a&gt; ISC2 is still experiencing some issues that will hopefully be resolved soon. Normally it takes at least 2 weeks to get the soft copy certificate for the certification after accept the code of ethics and pay the AMF. Congratulations. It is a good start.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The site is really having a serious problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I completed my exam&amp;nbsp;@ 10th May&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Completed certificate application&amp;nbsp;@ 18th May&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Facing AMF issue and finally able to make payment&amp;nbsp;@ 21th June&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Until today, 13th July and I've yet to see my certificate online.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I see on the main page is for payment for next year's membership fees...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gee...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1080520475"&gt;@ThomasHeavenly&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you for sharing that.&amp;nbsp; I just know that I have certifications that just showed up under my Profile before before got anything else on them.&amp;nbsp; So from what you shared, did you pay the AMF?&amp;nbsp; The screen looks like it is still due.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully that is not a different issue are having.&amp;nbsp; When I first started with ISC2 certifications, you had to pay before the end of the continuing education year.&amp;nbsp; Now it has to be paid before they will award the certification.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately for me is not an issue anymore because there is just one AMF fee ($135) no matter how many certifications have.&amp;nbsp; The $50 is only for the CC which am glad that is less than the others to encourage entry level folks.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As I had worked with solutions and integration prior as presales/technical document writer/tester, I know the potential issues faced when you go through system change. Which kind explain why it takes me 2 months from completing the exam to following up on my case and get it settled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
