CISSP endorsement delay

I submitted my CISSP endorsement application 6 weeks ago on April 7th and was endorsed by a co-worker who is a CISSP but my status still says “ Your application was endorsed by XYZ, it has been submitted to ISC2 for review.”
When shall I expect update or who can I contact to get updates. The US support number never answers

Hi Maria,

Thank you very much for your help. The endorsement team contacted me, and my endorsement application was approved. However, I already paid my AMF on Monday, May 26th, after approval, and the certificate showed in my profile, but I haven't received the welcome mail, and no Credly CISSP badge has been issued to me yet.

Any idea how long that should take? And also, how long will it take for my welcome kit to be shipped?

Hi @Ezzo - glad to hear! The welcome kit usually takes up to 12 weeks to arrive. You can read more about it here.In regard to your profile, I'd recommend you log off, clear your cache, and start a new session. If that doesn't do it, please send an email to membersupport@isc2.org so they can assist you with this😊
