Website doesnt work and not able to sign up for CC

I thought it was easy, but then issues began with your application form not working and loading, then I was locked out of my account twice, cannot find any information on how to book exam. Website is very confusing and i am wondering if I will pursue CC or CGRC with having issues just at start. Is this because its free course so its made difficult to get? Not very happy.

Still no response or support and if i have issues with login, how can I
complete any form. Seems so far I am not the only one awaiting a response
and many others are facing same slow help

Hello you can consider this now resolved.

After waiting a long time over nearly 11 days, I did actually reach Sheeza in your support team.

She is excellent and an asset to ISC2, very supportive and eased my worries. She has given me some hope that this was a hiccup and hopefully things are going to be smoother and has now set up with all the required info with a lot of detail and too all answered within the same day of my further questions!! I look forward to completing my CC then CISSP and thanks for your support too Maria!

Hi just wondering who can generate a cissp invoice for me so I can start the funds approval process with my company. Whilst sheeza has been excellent and has politely offered to reach out as I need, i do note in her signature she is not a sales team member or is she? Any advice would be great

@mariatirado Good afternoon Community manager,

Please i have been unable to access the ISc2 website and other web pages today. i get an Error 403. Please can you advise if this error is a general one? I have tried access the platform on different mediums but i still get the same error.

i will appreciate receiving a confirmation so i can be sure this issue isnt specific to me.
