I'm trying to register for the ISC2 CC exam and i keep getting this error when i sumbit the form

Something went wrong please contact your administrator."Update failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MISSING_ARGUMENT, Id not specified in an update call: []"

The ISC2 team is aware that there is an issue when registering for exams, and they are working on it. I do not know when it will be resolved, but they are usually pretty good at these things. Try again in a few hours... or tomorrow. Good luck!

Yea i initially tried to register yesterday it didn't work, tried again today and i had the same issue.

ISC2 was undergoing maintenance for a couple of days, which caused some interruptions. Hopefully, everything is working fine for you now

It seems the site is not fully functioning yet.

I'm getting the same error when trying to reschedule. It doesn't appear to be fixed at all even though the page isn't showing the error anymore.

I get the same error in a different browser, so not a cache problem.

I think this issue is effecting everyone and was supposed to be fixed when banner starting it on main landing page is gone.
I am still facing the issue myself while the banner is no longer there.
Not sure what's going on. I need this as part of my school but talking to them too look at alternatives at this point.

Did you solve the problem. I am also still not able to schedule exam. Banner is no longer here, but problem is still alive. I e-mailed them million times. Nobody helping.

Hello,
I still have the same problem. The person I talked to mentioned to give it 24 hours or so after banner is gone. I'll try again on Saturday night and Sunday before calling them again.
Btw their chat and filling form in contact us, are not monitored I guess. Calling is the only way that I was able to use effectively.

I am puzzled why ISC2 took the message off their main page addressing possible issues as this is the same as others have shown trying to schedule an exam. I would file a ticket and guess that nothing will happen until after the weekend.
