Live Chat, Contact us number not working

I have been trying to call the APAC region, but it keeps telling me the number is invalid.
on top of that, the Live chat function seems not to be functioning well either. The time stated on the website for the Live chat is not accurate either.
Have been trying to reach out to get some clarifications regarding items related to the case that I have opened, pertaining to NDA timeout.

Hello @Kaity , the chat button does work but as stated, the time zones are incorrect as the chat says that it cannot be accessed due to it being closed while it reopens during its operating hours. It is currently operating hours at the moment, I am guessing this is what ANW was talking about. I am also trying to contact because I have to make a payment and it kind of just glitches out. Thank you very much.

Thank you for clarifying @Cocco10! I'm checking with the team to verify what is posted versus what is accurate.

What error are you getting? Are you unable to add your AMF to your cart? If so, can you try incognito mode?

Incognito worked! Well, for the payment only. I checked the chat (which I probably don't have to use anymore) and it still doesn't work it says the same thing. As for the payment it would just make me put it in my cart to pay and then not add it then say an error occurred. That was the issue for me thank you!

Yes, that is exactly the problem which I'm facing, Additionally, their live chat timing stated on their contact us page is confusing, as they have 2 different time zones in the duration.

Even with that Chat time displayed, it still sometimes shows that it is not within their "operating hours"

Thanks for sharing. Apparently, the number that I have tried calling was +852-5803-5662

which was stated on their Contact-us page

I'll give it a try on the new number the next working day.

Maybe try some sort of vpn? or perhaps an incognito page? But that was the issue for me too. Good luck!

Hi Cocoo,

Now the chat seem to be more stable, however, its still a big mystery to the live chat actual functioning hours.
Been trying the chat for at different timing for the past 12 hrs and it has been showing the same message of " currently Closed and will reopen during its operating hours"

I've been alerted to the fact that the Live Chat function was down today (Friday, April 25). I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I can confirm, however, the hours listed online on the Contact Us page are correct. Those are listed as 11am SGT (11pm ET) until 3pm ET. Chat is closed on Mondays, so Tuesday will be the next availability for that service.

At this point (it's 2:13pm ET as I post this), only our U.S.-based team is online. The APAC team will be back online for calls and emails on Monday at 9am, and the EMEA-based team will follow at 11am.

Hi, I purchased the CISSP exam with online training. It was charged to my credit card and yet when i browsed to my order purchase history, there was nothing. No confirmation email, nothing. Tried to use the live chat based on the operating hours also no one. Sent 2 queries form also no one reply. Is this normal for ISC2 to operate like this?
