It seems the issue is fixed. Give it a try from different browser or from incognito.

Send an email to exam team if you are still unable to access the site.

What specific browser did you use? and did you use incognito/private mode? So you were able to finally register for an exam? @akkem

I just checked again using 6 different browsers, and even tried incognito/private mode on them. Still doesn't work for me. Which browser did you use and what were your settings?

I was previously unable to proceed from my cart, the admin team has since resolved the issue. According to their response, the issue persisted until today and was fixed around noon. It's unclear whether it was user-specific or affected a broader region. It may be worth reaching out to the email I mentioned above for further clarification.

I have used Chrome.

FYI., There was a major update during last week's site maintenance, since then we are running into these issues.

@citlali8000 did anyone reach out to you to direct you to someone who can help you register? I am waiting to be directed to the department or team or person who can help me as well. It has been 2 weeks now that I've been having a hard time registering for an exam.

Hi Yall yes you can now register but I had to do mine in Safari browser, weird, but yes Safari.
