Unable to register for CC exam when clicking submit due to error

Hi, I am trying to register for my free CC exam but upon clicking submit, I receive this error:

It says:
"

Error

Something went wrong please contact your administrator.Update failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MISSING_ARGUMENT, Id not specified in an update call: []

"

How should I proceed? My CC training expires tomorrow, and I do not know if the free exam also expires with it?

This should be at the top of your screen at isc2.org.

Some users may be unable to log in or complete transactions on isc2.org. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to resolve this issue.

There is more information on the outage elsewhere. I am surprised that they did not put that at the top of the screen still. According to the message that is there, it sounds like your transaction might have to wait just a little longer.

Thanks yeah, I don't think that message was there before.
Submit error still appears though, will try again throughout tomorrow and update here if it works

I'm having the exact same issues. I tried yesterday and today and still getting the error (and tried different browsers). I emailed the test support mailer asking for help. No reply yet.

Hey im unable to register ccsp exam , I have purchased peace of mind voucher in April and also received it over the email but under my exam and certification section im unable to see that and don't see any option to book exam , please help as no mails or query is responded yet from support group . Because of isc2 inconvenience I don't want to loose my money . Please help

@Manaswini_mishr It was really bad timing with Peace of Mind deadlines. I only hope that they make it right for all of you. I always tell our folks to schedule early but never remember an outage like this other than when their North American phone lines were impacted. A reason was never given for that, but people could do things online. I used CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) materials which are no cost for my CCSP (I did their CCSK after it). They helped ISC2 develop their CCSP. Best wishes on your exam. I also used no cost materials from NIST which are older but still relevant. I recently reread NIST SP 800-125 for a review on virtualization for an exam that am studying for.

The situation continues. There are time sensitive issues. We can not get replies to our e-mails. I have called 2 times they said it will be resolved in 24 hours but they could not resolved. Isc2 should offer alternative solutions.

Is this issue resolved?? i am trying from last week to schedule but its same error for me as well. for me Deadline given is this month but its not going to met due to this

Hello! If you're getting this error when trying to schedule your exam, please make sure you read the following steps: https://www.isc2.org/register-for-exam

Here's the step-by-step process:

If you are already an ISC2 Member or ISC2 Candidate, log in to your account. If you do not already have an ISC2 account, you will need to create one.
From the Certification menu, select the certification exam you want to take.
Select your exam purchase option and click “Buy Now.”
After completing the checkout process, visit your account to schedule your exam in the “Courses and Exams” section.
Click the Schedule button displayed next to your exam.
Complete the ISC2 Exam Account Information form.

IMPORTANT: You must enter your information exactly as it appears on the identification (ID) you will present at the test center. If it is not an exact match, you will not be able to take your test and you will not be reimbursed for any fees paid.

Once your form is submitted, you will be redirected to the Pearson VUE website to finalize your exam appointment.
