Hi,

I have passed the CISSP exam and I have submitted the endorsement .

I have received and email from membersupport@isc2.org "Certification Application Request Received: Please Confirm Your Postal Address".

However I'm getting a message that my account is suspended which prevents me to update / confirm my address.

I have sent an email to membersupport@isc2.org on Jan 6th but I haven't heard back from you.

Can you please help?

same thing is happening with me and I haven't even received the email for confirmation
