SSCP Exam cancelled by Pearson Vue and VuE_Wide_block issue

Hello there

I need your urgent attention to one of my recent issues.

Today in morning got a mail from PearsonVue stating that my upcoming exam is cancelled , probably beacuse of time issue or whatever the reasson , but i didnt cancel that exam at all at my end, you may pls trace the IP Address for validation. Besides , m not able to accesss Exam Page site of Pearson from ISC2 login site.It shows me error message : ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK. I tried to connect with Pearson Team , they asked me to send mail to pvapcustomerservice@pearson.com, but i havenot recieved any reply yet. I have also submitted request to ISC2 on its portal but no reply yet. My exam is scheduled on 28.11.2024 7:745PM IST. I will be left desertted if exam is cancelled ...Pls give me any date any time this week. I had been prepraring for this exam since last one month and taken sanctioned leave from employer at multiple ocasssions. It would be waste of my hardwork all these many days ..I beg you to pls schedule the exam on any day any time this week..Pls

I know that we are supposed to connect to Pearson Vue through ISC2’s site now. I hope that you get it worked out. Best wishes.

@mariatirado , since block was still in place despite rigorous follow up with Pearson , I had to create new account with different mail ID and wherein I passed the exam provisionally , but now there is no official result communication made to me.

this is SSCP Exam , could u pls help me out
