You won't get any traction here. I believe the confirmation email you received when scheduling has a phone number. I had to reschedule my exam and they were very helpful. Pearson will be able update you on what qualifies for exam credit and reschedule.

I usually use a credit card for for secondary piece of identification. You definitely want to contact ISC2 support to resolve this situation. Best wishes.

I am Nandhini from chennai, register for CC exam today (30/11/2024). My registration number is 490779931. Due to fengal cyclone affecting my travel and safety have become severly compromised in my area. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your guidance regarding and possibility of rescheduling the exam or alternative arrangements to ensure my safety and compliance with examination procedures.
