asking for a friend, she accidentally forgot to pay her annual maintenance fee for her isc2 cc and her account got suspend. what can she do to reopen it ?

I am not certain if it also applies to CC, but according to the ISC2 Membership Reinstatement Policy, a member will be given:

- 90-day grace period

- 2-year suspension period

So, it is unlikely an account get suspended immediate after missing the maintenance fee payment.

It will depend on what "account" means -- if that is the ISC2 account, the most likely situation is it is not suspended, just a login issue. Otherwise, she can contact the member support by email.

Your ISC2 account is currently suspended.
You can pay online, via credit card or Paypal, or contact your regional Member Services team to reinstate your Candidate status to regain access to your ISC2 benefits.
