Hello,

I provisionally passed the CISSP on October 21st 2024, I did receive the print out saying you have provisionally passed the exam, but I have not received any official email and next steps for endorsement. I emails the examadmin email and no response or any confirmation that my email was received.

I also see that it says “Delivery Successful” on the PearsonVue website, it’s been like that since day 1. Can anybody assist, please? I am eager to get the endorsement process started.

The community manager definitely gave the right answer, but Pearson Vue is definitely not who should be contacting. They administer exams only. I would give it a week, and you should get an E-mail from ISC2. You can go to the endorsement page if want to start it but can't do much else until have that confirmation. What I would suggest doing while waiting is to print out the exam objectives and note your experience which will make it much easier to fill out the endorsement when can. After submitting it, this will definitely feel like forever as usually has taken about a month to get my E-mail that all is complete on my ISC2 exams. I know that patience is difficult but will be worth the wait. I only know of one case where 2 of our employees' exams were held for audit and was not this exam. Because of that I will say Congratulations. The exam is a beast.
