The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted and the discount has restrictions (100% off promo for the CC Exam valid until 12/31/2024). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: This discount cannot be used with appointments scheduled after 31 Jul 2024." How to solve this and reschedule cc exam

I'm having the exact same issue and the problem is the venue isn't displaying. Exams is Friday!!! Is this link also a solution to me?

I am having the exact same problem and my exams is on the 4th of October. The worst part is I can't see the venue but time and date is there. I'm so confused. Will this link solve this issue please?

Please send an email to examadministration@isc2.org and ask for assistance with rescheduling your exam.
The exam center you originally chose is no longer part of the Pearson VUE centers authorized to deliver ISC2 exams. This is why you do not see a location.

The Exam Administration team will help yu reschedule your exam.
