Hello,

I have a question about working experience accumulated before becoming Associate of ISC2 .

So far I have two years of general IT work experience and I have the opportunity to internal transfer to another role highly related to CCSP. If I pass the exam right now and became an Associate of ISC2 , does my previous 2 years work experience count toward the five years' requirement ?

The CCSP experience requirement is pretty convoluted, so please review it and plan accordingly:

To answer your question, yes, all relevant/applicable experience can be counted - there is no stipulation the experience has to be gained while being an Associate of ISC2.
