Hi,

Thank you for your response. I am reaching out to request a rescheduling of my ISC2 CC exam due to a recent occurrence of focal seizures. I am currently undergoing heavy medication, which has affected my ability to attend the exam in my current condition. I kindly ask for your assistance in rescheduling the exam to the end of this year, allowing me the opportunity to demonstrate my potential as a future cybersecurity specialist and to become a respected member of the cybersecurity community.

This the problem i am facing in my reschedule:
"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted and the discount has restrictions (100% off promo for the CC Exam valid until 12/31/2024). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: This discount cannot be used with appointments scheduled after 31 Jul 2024."

I don't think there is live chat option exist anymore, they are redirecting to form.

The contact number isn't working and i tried Pearson VUE and they don't have the right number for ISC2 either.

I have the same problem. ISC2 redirected to Pearson VUE but they say they cannot assit on this. . According to the requirements, I am still under the 365 days windows for presenting the CC exam

ISC2 raised a ticket in order to fix this, but I am worried about the timeframe. The last time they took more than a week to answer , if the same happens again, they may reply past my exam date 😞
