Hello. I need to reschedule an exam in Mexico City but the link doesn't offer availability neither April or further months.

Please guide me to reschedule the exam.

@raul-chavez Thank you for reaching out via the Community board.

Effective 15 April 2024, the following exams will only be delivered in the listed languages:

CC – English, Chinese, German, Japanese;

CCSP – English, Chinese, German, Japanese;

CISSP – English, Chinese, German, Japanese, Spanish;

SSCP – English, Japanese, Spanish

Unfortunately, If you are trying to reschedule your exam in Spanish for a date after 14-Apr-2024, this is why you are seeing no availability.

You may keep your current exam date for the exam in Spanish, or reschedule for a later date for the English version of the exam.

Please help me to reschedule the exam, I am ready to take it in English.

But I need to reschedule it to April 27.

@raul-chavez Thank you for reaching out via the Community board.

You can Learn how to view, reschedule or cancel your existing exam appointment through the link provided. It will direct you to your Pearson VUE dashboard where you must cancel your current exam (there is no fee for canceling a CC exam). Then you will register for a NEW exam and choose English as the language.

Unfortunately, you cannot reschedule an exam if you are changing languages.
