I bought retake voucher for CCSP about 10 days ago but still no voucher received, I tried to contact support but they never respond to phone and not emails. Am I missing something here? Or this is just normal process.

Maybe you only get the retake if you fail the first one? As long as you have the receipt you should be ok.

Maybe someone who’s purchased the exam peace of mind can comment? I’ve sadly never wanted to give ISC2 free money to fritter away on Garfield…

Otherwise, back to support I’m afraid.

Maybe try a regional office if you’re getting no luck with the main apparatus.
