Hello Team,

I have passed my CC exam on 3rd Feb 2024. However have'nt received any official email regarding the results, Could you please help here.

Congrats on passing.

However not sure who the “you” you’d like to help is, and oven if there was someone here who could leap into action, they won’t have your details.

You can ping member support, look in junk mail check which address you used etc but given the times taken to conduct tests on results etc you should also consider waiting a week or so first.

I am having the same issue that you are. I took my exam and passed almost a month ago and have not heard anything back.

You could reach out to support, however there’s still a likelihood of a couple of weeks more delay based on what’s stated in “after your exam”:

“Receiving Your Results
ISC2 conducts a thorough statistical and psychometric analysis of the score data to establish the pass/fail score before releasing scores. We need a minimum number of test takers before this analysis can be completed.
Depending on the volume of test takers for a given test, there may be times when scores are delayed for approximately six to eight weeks to complete this critical process.”

Within a week of passing your exam, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your CC certification and become an ISC2 member
