Hello,

after 2 months preparation finally I took CISSP exam on 05 Feb 2024.

my exam window is closed after question 125, and I got provisionally pass paper from exam center.

my colleague took CISSP at same day, same exam center, he manage to complete 175 question, got provisional pass, and surprisingly received exam result in the email less than 1 hour after test. So he can proceed endorsement application.

why both of us treated differently?

fyi, I havent received any final results email, tracked on Pearson VUE-ISC dashboard it says "delivery successful". I have existing AMF due next month from previous CCSP certification and considering to renew if my CISSP exam result issue is resolved.

Hello all,

After two days waiting, finally ISC2 membership sent me an email about exam result informing that I passed. very relieving since I saw so many "provisional passed, but succesful delivery" end up with unhappy stories here...

Thank you @mariatirado for your advice anyway

Now I can start endorsement process with peace,,,good luck for everyone pursuing ISC2 certificiation.

@rifandynugroho thank you for reaching out via Community board.

It can take from 3 to 5 business days for exam results to reach a candidate's ISC2 account.

Also, having more than one account with ISC2 and/or Pearson VUE can cause a delay in examination results regarding the candidate's ISC2 account.

Hi...I am. Going though the same anxiety. I have completed the exam on 14- June and have not received the isc 2 email yet.
They say that the results are on hold for bio metric verification.

I sat for the exam on 17 July, and was given a provisional pass.

It has been almost 2 weeks now, and I have yet to receive my result.

I tried to reach out via chat - it was terminated without providing any useful reply

I submitted the web form, and there is no feedback / reply from ISC2

I called the APAC customer service hotline and the call automatically terminated after waiting for more than 5 minutes!

I am out of idea how to proceed further, other than seeking help here. Can anyone from ISC2 please help me? I'm desperate... thanks.

she helped me to clarify my doubts, and I hope the following will help others who might be looking forward for the detail score report:

"ISC2 does not provide numerical score reports for any of our exams. For those who passed an examination, scores are not provided. For those who failed an examination, a breakdown of the domains in proficiency levels will be provided."
