Unable to make payment while purchasing study material from India

Im trying to purchase study material for CISSP but im not able to make payment from my cards inspite of repeated attempts. The cards are working just fine on other sites. The error being displayed while making online payment is as shown below

Request if the issue could be resolved at the earliest.

The community has no control on the inner workings of the website.

Thanks, I'll contact customer service. I do have an observation though. While entering card details to make payment, I'm not prompted to enter my name which ive never seen anywhere earlier. I dont know whether others are also facing the same procedure. I guess name is directly picked up from individual details entered steps before. Maybe this aspect could be looked into.
