Where I get my exam results?

I took the exam (CC Cybersecurity) on last friday (25/Aug). At the end of the test, the responsable for test center saied that I will receive the results in the e-mail, but until now I just receive an e-mail to evaluate the test center.

What is the estimated time to receive this result? I did other certifications (like Microsoft) and the results were emitted at end of the test.

One normally receives a printed copy of the "provisional results" as they check out of the test center and then the "official results" are sent via email about a week later.

I didn't received any printed copy of results after the thest. I question the responsable at test center, but she said that I will receive only in e-mail.

Imagine my frustation tooking the exam and unitl now (3 days after) didn't know if I was approved or not.

You can view your exam results through ISC2 Pearson Vue which is under Exam History.

After logoin and access the site, only the following is presented at My Account menu:

Preferences
Exam History
My receipts

When I click on the Exam History, a page show the exam date with the status as "Delivery Successful" only. There's no result on any place.

I receive an e-mail after about six days, informing that I passed the exam. Until now (almost two months) I cannot see what was my final score, just know that I passed.
I'm happy for pass the exam, but I really would like to know the result.

From the FAQ:

Q: Can I find out how many questions I answered correctly?

A: ISC2 does not report to candidates the number of questions they answered correctly or the overall percentage of questions they answered correctly; however; failing candidates are provided with the rank ordering of domains based on their percentage of questions answered correctly in each domain of the examination. This information is provided to assist failing candidates who would know the domains that they need to focus in their further study.

After Your Exam Has Ended

Your Pearson VUE exam proctor will give you an unofficial result when you check out at the test center. ISC2 will email you the official exam results. If you have passed, you will receive directions on how to complete your certification process.

ISC2 offers the option to conduct bulk verifications of candidates' certifications for Third-Party Partner Organizations.

Results Reporting

Receiving Your Results
ISC2 conducts a thorough statistical and psychometric analysis of the score data to establish the pass/fail score before releasing scores. We need a minimum number of test takers before this analysis can be completed.

Depending on the volume of test takers for a given test, there may be times when scores are delayed for approximately six to eight weeks to complete this critical process.

Your exam proctor will give you an unofficial exam result when you check out at the test center. ISC2 will email you the official result.

In some instances, real-time results may not be available.

All test results are subject to the ISC2 psychometric and forensic evaluation. This evaluation could take place after you get your official results. (The timing is based on the number of tests taken.) If the psychometric and forensic evaluation affects your score, ISC2 will notify you.

Results will not be released over the phone. If you have any questions about this policy, contact ISC2 before your exam.

Exam Irregularities and Results Invalidation

If ISC2 suspects that any irregularity, fraud or policy violation has taken place before, during or after an exam, ISC2 will examine the situation and determine whether action is needed. ISC2 may choose not to score the exam of the affected test taker(s). Or, ISC2 may choose to cancel the results of the affected test taker(s).

At ISC2’s sole discretion, we may:

Revoke any and all certifications you may have earned
Ban you from earning future ISC2 certifications
Decline to score or cancel any exam under any of the circumstances listed in the ISC2 Examination Agreement

Once the exam is done you should have received a letter at the exam center itself with your results. I got a printed page at the end of the exam and then I received an email after two days. Please check your spam folder.

I provisionally passed the CISSP back on Nov 21 and the test center printout advised that it would take "2-5 days" for my exam result to be 'transmitted' to ISC2. I checked that via Pearson Vue and it does show it has been "successfully transmitted". Now I'm in some form of limbo state waiting to be contacted by ISC2 for next steps, obtain 'official' result etc. Someone suggested I email membersupport@isc2.org so I've just done that and received an automated response advising that I'd be contacted 'within 4 business days' so we'll see what yields. I'm eager to move on with the endorsement/membership process.

They are handed to you as you walk out the door as "provisional" results and then an email is sent a few days later to confirm them official.

Keep in mind that it is graded pass/fail. You do not get a percentage score.

Has anyone been able to get the unofficial result of the CC exam? My exam center proctor is refusing to check my result for me at all. She keeps on telling me the results can only be checked on my Pearson Vue account where I registered for the exam.

I had the same experience, no result at the end even though it is a multi choice exam 🙃 wondering when I might get a indication of whether I passed and my score.
