I am from São Paulo - Brazil, and trying to register for cissp exam with Peace of Mind Protection, but unfortunately pearsonvue they are no available dates.

Is there any other way for me to buy the exam with Peace of Mind Protection?

Maybe try Pearson VUE customer service or asking the test centre directly? Probably no other options but maybe they can free up some slots.
