Purchased wrong peace of mind exam voucher

Hi all,

In my rush to get the peace of mind exam voucher, I have purchased the wrong exam voucher. Now I've received the voucher however does anyone know if I can get a refund for it? Should I book the correct exam voucher as the last date is May 30.

Per the terms for the Peace of Mind program, all purchases are final and no refunds are permitted. You may contact Member Support - I would recommend calling or doing Live Chat - for assistance in the interim.

Jerry,

I made the same mistake. I noticed this when I attempted to schedule the first sitting. I did not schedule the exam. rather, I contacted ISC and explained that I had purchased an incorrect voucher. I was sent a refund authorization form which I filled out and returned. After a few days, the purchase amount was refunded to my account.

I know it's been a few months since you made this post. I just wanted you to know that is it possible to get a refund.
