Understanding CCSP Endorsement process

Hi,

I recently passed CCSP exam and have submitted my endorsement application, got few query related to this process

1. What is the current time frame for submission of application to approval ? any recently experience

2. Once the application is approved by endorsee what happens next ?

3. Do they send any communication or job profile verification email to supervisor contact mentioned in the application ?

4. Where do we track the application progress/status, I don't see any status "Endorsement Applications Being Processed" and Your application was endorsed by XXXXX, it has been submitted to (ISC)² for review" should we see any other progress status.

5. After clearing CC, I paid $50 AMF, do I need to pay any further difference AFM which I believe for member is $125 ?
