topic The meaning of "Customer production activities" in Exams

I have questions regarding options described in the CCSP Official practice test 2nd ed. c05.045.
My understanding is that "Customer access provision" means an IAM service activates or de-activates user-accounts
in each tenant, "Management system control interface" means a "Control plane" accessed by an admin in each tenant.
"Storage controller access" is needed to be isolated because customer data including sensitive are stored.
So, A,B,C is mandatory to be isolated.
But I'm really confused about option D describing "Customer production activities".
I think "Customer production activities" is customer's business activities such as login, transaction and etc...
What are "Customer production activities"? Why is "Customer production activities" not be isolated?

*If it's not appropriate to write here, please let me know.
