Hello, I recently received a mail from ISC2 regarding Incorrect names with ISC2 and Pearson vue, for which I have sent a reply with my passport scan. Do I need to send another ID also for verification and to update my name details? I have not received any response yet and I tried to call them on phone no response. Hope if someone can explain if I have to send the second ID proof as well.

Thanks in advance
Prasanna
