When I tried to download ebook with the access code, after keying in the 'register' information, it links me to this error page with random coding information.

How to download the ebook?

I think you'll need to provide a bit more detail in order for anyone to be able to help. Which Sybex book are you trying to download? From which site? I've had zero issues in the past purchasing and downloading Sybex study guides from the Kindle Store.
