CC Exam Retake

If I fail the CC exam today, would I be eligible for an exam retake next month? I have used the coupon to avail free self paced training and the exam. Am I eligible for the retake?

Are you talking about the free retake promotion ISC2 were running?

If so, then, no - the CC was never eligible for that:

If you're just talking about the general retake policy, that can be found here:

In summary, if you haven't taken the exam before then you can retest after 30 days.

Seems to me if you think you might fail and will need a retake, you're better off getting the $199 training bundle as that gives you two exam attempts and no $50 AMF for the first year:

Not sure if there's anything stopping you from going for that bundle if you do need to retake, given it's much better value than just buying a retake on its own?

I miss my exam due to family emergency.I used voucher for that exam.So i can be retake that exam free?

The emails they keep sending are false advertising - specifically stating not to fear the CC exam in the email title - then when you click the details, CC is not included

How is it false advertising? You do have the opportunity to purchase the "SELF-PACED + EXAM + EXTRAS* U.S. $199" bundle, which does include "You'll have two opportunities to pass the exam. ".

I initially did not succeed in passing my exam, but I found this new voucher and successfully scheduled a new attempt..heres the voucher CC1M12312024..

You are only permitted one free attempt at the CC exam through the One Million Certified in Cybersecurity pledge. If you would like to attempt the exam again, we recommend purchasing a training bundle and exam together. You can see the available options at Certified in Cybersecurity bundles page.
