CISSP Exam retake voucher

I refer to the Free retake for purchased exam at the link below:

I recently took the CISSP exam on 6 July 2022, but failed. I will like to check if I am eligible for a retake voucher.

I emailed to examadministration@isc2.org on 18 Sept about this but have yet to get a respond.

May I check if there is anyone whom I can seek help from?

Free retake is for CAP, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, HCISPP, SSCP that are failed between September 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022 (no exceptions).

On the website that you posted:

Terms & Conditions: Offer valid for exams purchased and administered between September 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022. All eligible candidates must follow the (ISC)² exam retake policy. Offer applies to first exam retake only. Offer not valid for Certified in Cybersecurity exam. Void where prohibited. (ISC)² reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this promotion at any time.

That's actually a response from ISC2. Well you can wait for official email though.

When you received a mail from them. I am waiting for the mail for the last 4 days.

Have they replied with a voucher or how is the process of retaking the exam?

Can you pls confirm
