ISSE Handbook

Studying for the ISSEP. The CBK (though very old) makes reference to an ISSE Handbook that was published in 1994 by the NSA. I've searched and searched but have yet to find the reference. Does anyone know how to get a copy or where to even look for it? Thanks in advance.

Although it is a good read (download here) it is no longer a valid reference. It has been replaced by other systems security engineering references that in part are based upon ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015, Systems and Software Engineering—Systems life cycle processes
