This would be great to post in the Exam Preparation discussion board. So, I am going to move this to Exam Prep.

In addition, we just added new study groups for each of the certifications. I highly suggest joining that group and connecting with others studying for the exam as well.

There are many resources available for the CISSP - both self-study and in person. Personally, I found that the self-study options are better >> they cost a lot less, you can study at your own pace, and they are more widely available (mostly books you can get online). I stuck to the official materials more or less, and it worked for me.
