    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1394733663"&gt;@Dissmid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You may find that people with ISC2 interests are maybe more theory than hands on in interests.&amp;nbsp; I was a business developer for years but definitely never had any interest in CTF, bug bounties, etc. when got into the field.&amp;nbsp; A lot of people get attracted to cybersecurity because of the "cool" stuff like pentesting and ethical hacking.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately these are not profit centers, and there are very few people employed as such except for companies that sell those services, and they will want experience.&amp;nbsp; You will be fine as long as you realize that this is not how to make money for a living in the field.&amp;nbsp; There are plenty of other skillsets needed.&amp;nbsp; You might see if there is a local active OWASP chapter as that is the organization that is most closely aligned with what you are showing an interest in and will know the local job climate.&amp;nbsp; Best wishes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
