Hi, did you ever find a study partner/group? I’m studying Networking and Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland. It’s just a certificate program that prepares you for the Network+ and Security+ exams and the cost covers the exam vouchers. The first cert I’m getting though, is the (ISC)2 CC because it’s the easiest of the three. Then, since everything on the CC Exam is also on the SEC+ exam, I will be trying that one next. Finally, since Net+ is the most difficult, because it covers much more information than the other two, I will need much more time to study so I will save that one for last. What about you? What does your path look like?

@Emw86 Hey! I’m currently pursuing a core integrated BTech-MTech in Computer Science, and until recently, I wasn’t entirely sure which field I wanted to focus on. But I’ve recently developed a strong interest in Networking and Cybersecurity, and I’ve decided to pivot in that direction and really pursue it seriously.

Right now, I’m in the learning and exploration phase—trying to gain as much knowledge as I can. That’s when I came across this course, which offers a great opportunity to get hands-on learning and build a solid foundation. I’m excited to dive deeper into the field, and I think studying for certifications like CC, Security+, and eventually Net+ is a great way to stay on track.
