Downloading badges

Hello my name is Michael. I would like to ask how to download your badges when you complete your courses. All I'm getting are my certificates and I don't know how to download the actual badge like the candidate badge. Is there anyone that could help me?

Hey Michael,

I hope all is well. Here's what I found.

1) Check Your Email: After completing your course, you should receive an email from ISC2 with instructions to claim your badge. This email will be sent to the address associated with your ISC2 membership.

2) Set Up Your Credly Account: Follow the link in the email to set up your Credly account using the same email address associated with your ISC2 membership.

3) Claim Your Badge: Once your account is set up, you can claim your badge. It will be available in your Credly account.

4) Download or Share Your Badge: In your Credly account, you can download your badge or share it directly to your social media profiles, email signature, or other platforms.

So I do that and I click the claim your badge link and nothing happens it's just goes straight to the my certificates page

@avioncloud0, you can download the image of the badge and the certificate but you can't download the badge itself.

To do that you would hit "share", click on "download badge image", scale your image size, and click "download image."

This may not be exactly what you wanted but you'll have the badge nonetheless.
