Looking for a Chapter to join - from Namibia

Dear ISC2 members,

I recently obtained my CC certification, and I am excited on gaining experience and knowledge in the Cybersecurity profession.

I am from Namibia, and I am looking for a Chapter to join. Unfortunately, there are no Chapters for my region. Is there a Cape Town Chapter to join perhaps? I do not see one under the Chapters for Africa.
