Chapters leaders and members across the globe make an impact in their local community through the Safe and Secure Online program teaching children and seniors, translating materials, and more!

Recently, the (ISC)²Huntsville Chapter met with Madison, AL county schools to implement Garfield’s Cyber Safety Adventures. The chapter purchased the program for local schools and community events like Hogan Family YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day, and even plans to raise funds during National Cyber Summit to provide Garfield Digital to local schools. The (ISC)² NOVA (Northern Virginia) Chapter also purchased Garfield’s Cyber Safety Adventures for their ‘Adopt-a-School’ program for a local elementary and recently provided that presentation during a PTA meeting! The (ISC)² New Jersey Chapter also recently went to a local middle school and taught students how to stay Safe and Secure Online! It’s important to teach safe and secure online habits with ALL kids, not only the elementary-school age!
