Could you clarify what you mean by 'failed'? Did you forget to enter the address, or was there an error preventing you from submitting it?

Hie Mandla, you see the part that says STATE MAILING ADDRESS, it doesn't
drop down or give options

Confirm that you have all the other details entered correctly, you may have already entered all the required information that's relevant,
