      <description>I've had multiple requests like this from people through another group. I always make time for a 30 mins discussion at the least.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The term mentor is always an interesting one to me, it always makes me feel like the "mentee" is looking for a structured approach/program but I feel it works better to simply have a few discussions and answer any questions they may have. If you don't have an answer, you can simply have a conversation around the subject. It ends up being a very rewarding thing for both participants.</description>
