Our vision is to be an innovative, industry leading Cloud Security team. The mission of our team is to collaborate with product teams to securely design our products to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Go Daddy's infrastructure that enables our customers independent ventures to succeed. As a Cloud Security Architect, you will help spearhead many security initiatives involved in moving GoDaddy products from private to public cloud.

Things you will be working on:

Design and deliver public & private cloud product capabilities
Research, evaluate, design and deliver secure cloud security technologies
Design and execute cloud security audit tests
Identify and lead initiatives to bring advanced analytic capabilities to security teams
Author security project architecture documentation
Collaborate cross company on design standards, best practices, and security features for cloud applications

Requirements and Skills:

15+ years of practical experience designing, developing, and delivering security-related applications used by external customers
Deep understanding of Linux / Unix operating system, the Linux system API, OpenSSL, Certificates, and similar
Advanced experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is required
Understand the costs and business impacts of technologies and solutions being proposed
Familiarity of compliance regulations (e.g. PCI-DSS, WebTrust, and SOX)
Strong leadership, project and team-building skills

Qualifications:

Master's degree (MS) in Computer Science with emphasis in information security, cryptography, or related
