Hi I’m new here and still figuring out how everything works. I recently started the ISC2 course on Coursera, but I keep seeing people mention registering for an exam. Can anyone clarify whether the exam is taken before or after completing the seven courses? Also, would you be open to connecting outside the forum? Thank you

Always do the course before attempting the exam. You may also want to pick up some other study materials to examine before you attempt the exam.

Since you did not say which exam and am definitely not familiar with Coursera and not sure how many are, more details would make it much easier to assist you.
