      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reminds me of educating users about events, incidents and weakness reporting.&amp;nbsp; You have to create an environment in which they feel that they're helping, rather than one in which the security expert is all knowing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
