Diversity in Cybersecurity Survey

Hello,

My name is Rahel and I am completing research for my honors thesis in my fourth year of undergrad, and the main objective of my research is diversity within cyber security. I am seeking out current professionals within cyber security with a bachelor’s degree in a STEM major who are interested in participating in an online confidential survey so that I and my thesis committee could gain insight on the experiences of professionals coming up in the field of cyber security. Also, we would like to analyze survey responses to learn more about how to make opportunities such as internships, undergraduate/graduate programs, and scholarships equally accessible for all aspiring professionals.

Well, honours or not, you need to understand the underlying technology before
you can really do security. Diversity is important, but knowing what you are
doing is more important.

Look, it just isn't going to work, no matter how many new posts you make. The
survey system you are using generates individual "invites." You are going to have
to get people to contact you, and then send them individual invites to the survey.
Each invite can only be used once. You can't simply post one invite here and
have a number of people use it.
